It’s “Celebrate Winter Wednesday” with sweaters!
I love sweaters and I long to wear them. They give me such a warm and cuddley feeling.
I’m not one to own a lot of clothes anymore, but when I find something I love, like a soft cotton sweater (on sale, of course!) I’ll buy two. This snowman sweater is off the clearance rack at Kohl’s and new to me this year.
My peeps have this habit of “feeding” whatever or whoever is on my sweater, kind of a Miss Frizzle kind of thing. The kids make this ‘munching’ sound and ‘feed’ the snowmen, isn’t that cute?

This is my hot cocoa sweater and once again, the kids like to ‘put marshmallows’ in my cup.

Here’s my penguin sweater and of course, these guys need their fish every day. It’s quite hilarious and makes me laugh.

Munch, munch, munch!
This is another Kohl’s clearance rack special, more snowmen to feed.
Man, my grocery bill is going to be high this month!
This is just one way to build memories with your kids. They look forward to see what I wear each day. My older kids will say “I remember feeding those penguins!”
OK, your turn! It doesn’t matter if your sweater is 10 years old, if you love it then we want to hear about it!

See, why can’t they make stuff like this for guys? I can’t get into the winter season spirit wearing a long sleeve shirt and a bomber jacket! Okay, I don’t wear a bomber jacket, but you know what I’m saying!
Hi Ricky!
Perhaps you need a fun scarf with a little penguin or snowman on it….
Great to hear from you!
Kelly
Love it! You just need some hot cocoa and a great book! I love to celebrate all of the seasons, and winter is so “cozy”… just like your sweaters!
Blessings,
Melanie
Hi Melanie,
Welcome! Glad that you took a few minutes to comment!
We sure love our hot beverages and books around here, that’s for sure!
Good hair day.
Melissa,
Thanks! LOL!
Those are some really cute sweaters. I don’t actually wear a lot of sweaters…but my favorite is a long drapy one I wear that is so comfy…my younger daughter loves to come over and wrap herself up in it (while I’m wearing it!)
Jennifer,
That’s what I’m talking about! Love that about your daughter.
Take care!
