I’m sharing the recipes I am made last week. There is an apple sauce using just apples. I plan to use it as baby food as well as adult food. http://foyupdate.blogspot.com/2012/10/sugar-free-apple-sauce-is-easy-and.html
Also a recipe for Vegetarian Tempeh Indian Curry. This is in no way authentic, just a couple different recipes I mixed together inspired by friends. It’s perfect for these cool autumn days. http://foyupdate.blogspot.com/2010/02/vegetarian-tempeh-curry-indian-recipe.html
Thanks for hosting!

My husband and I took a class this weekend on how to utilize herbs in cooking, medicine, and gifts. It was absolutely amazing! We’re going to build some raised garden beds soon to get a head start on next year’s planting. We also went woodcutting yesterday and have to get it all stacked up today after work. It’s going to be a nice combination of necessity and a great workout!
Hi and thanks for hosting! This week I’m linking up my post 6 Common Cold Remedies that Really Work. Conventional medicine claims that there is no cure for the common cold, and while this may be true, it doesn’t mean your body isn’t perfectly capable of fending off illness when given the right ammunition – the right common cold remedies at the right time.
Have a great week everyone!
Thanks for hosting! Today I shared my tips for getting children to eat real food.
